Hotel Royalty is an old facility, with a lot of room for improvement, mattresses were uncomfortable, AC didn't work properly sheets and towels' quality was barely enough, it was expensive for the offered service. Nice port and sea views. Very well located for a nice stroll and for jogging along the malecon.

Recomiendo mucho el hotel, la estancia es buena, el servicio es muy amable, limpia la habitación, vista espectacular, en definitiva volvería a hospedarme aquí, si hace falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero nada que afecte la estancia

El servicio es excelente, todos los empleados son muy atentos y amables. Las habitaciones son amplias sin embargo requiere mantenimiento ya que las llaves de la regadera tenían sarro, sale mal olor de las coladeras del baño, la palanca para jalarle al baño no servía bien, había que bajarle muchas, muchas veces para que quedara limpio, tuve que llamar a mantenimiento. En el restaurante muy bien todo. Comida no tan costosa y rica. Lo que me agrado también es que No hay bichos. La vista al mar excelente, el balcón muy amplio.
