the balcony light does not shut off until late. no switch. the glare was so bad in the enclosed balcony that you could not see the ocean outside of the windows. no information about the facility in the room. people were great. we went to the jacuzzi and stopped by the snack area on the way back to the room grabbed a few things and found out they had no way to bill my room. had to go to the room to get bank card

Everybody was so nice when my boyfriend and I arrived for check-in. We just left Los Angeles feeling worried for our city, scared for our lives, and just wanted a place to stay for the night where we didn’t have to worry or think about the fires. Everyone was so incredibly nice and hospitable. I would stay here every day if I could! We could not thank everyone enough! Also that free nacho cheese, Buffalo wing, and snack bar was the icing on the cake!

I liked it. Pier, restaurants, shops all easily walkable. Cleaning staff is over eager, came in even when I said occupied, came in again while packing my car. Need to coordinate better with ruins that have checked out or not.

Overall this property is excellent. The area this property is in seems a little unsafe. I wouldn’t walk to stores or restaurants. Nor to the beach.
