They don’t have a shuttle or accept Amex!
Posted 21 Jun 2023 on HotelsI had booked here so we would have easy access to our trip to Monaco for the F1 Race, but found it really was not the best location, even though it had been recommended. I had tried to book with my Amex card, but they sent me a note telling me they did not accept that credit card even though it is on their brochure. Most importantly- The hotel website and brochure both stated they had a shuttle service to the train station, which we found out was false. This is one reason I booked with them, so we’d have easy access to the train station, and now we were stuck! Our room was clean and had everything we needed, but the location was not the best cause it was about a mile from city center and train station. Thought it would be nice to be near the water, but Unfortunately they were also working on the beach with construction, so not easily accessible. The hotel breakfast was only sweets and caffe/juice and cost extra $$, which I thought was too much considering the price of the room was not cheap. The worst part of our stay was how difficult it was to get a taxi back to the train station & it was too far for us to walk with our luggage. Big thanks to our desk clerk “Chantelle”, who had to call the taxi service for us several times to even get them to come pick us up. Then once we did get a ride of 1 Mile the driver charged us double what it cost when we had our initial ride f

Spett.le cliente, la nostra struttura dista 1 km dalla stazione e dal centro cittadino.Ci dispiace lei non abbia apprezzato Ventimiglia ma per questo fare giudizio negativo a noi mi sembra un pò eccessivo.Cordiali saluti.

Short stay review.

Breakfast was a bit sparse if you don't like cake in the morning.
The receptionist when we arrived in the evening was absolutely lovely though.

Good for a Budget Hotel
Posted 4 Oct 2021 on HotelsEverything was good for a budget hotel. If you use iPhone you need to login to the wifi a different way.
Location is good. 5 minute walk to the beach. 15 minutes or so to the train. They provide a shuttle if you request one.
Staff is very friendly

Good morning,
the price of the room you have booked is Euro 45.00 plus the tourist tax of Euro 1.50 as you paid on arrival, so I don't see the reason for your complaint.
