Listed as smart tv, Just because it had a smart button on remote does not make it a smart tv.
Mattress was very soft. A Menu in the room would be nice.
No Safe, water was so hot i could have made a cup of coffee with it turn it down save yourself some money.

We were satisfied with the price/quality but the internet
pictures tend to make you think it’s more of a hotel than a motel which we think it is. We are not knocking it and have stayed at a lot of „Hotels“ that are not as good and much more expensive.

Great food and a good night's sleep.

Our evening meal in the restaurant was very good , the buffet breakfast in the morning was very tasty but lacked variety.
The room was small but well equipped.
The television had very poor reception and was unwatchable

We were delay crossing the channel by almost 3 hours meaning we would ot get to the hotel until after end of check-in. I contacted the hotel who were helpful and gavs me i structions of how I could do a late check-in. This was later followed up with an email of the instructions. Access to the room was straightforward resulting in a stress free experience unlike that at Le Shuttle.
The hotel was easy to find from the motorway and staff very polite.

Posted 28 Dec 2023 on HotelsStaff were excellent. Room cold (linoleum floor), noisy from adjacent rooms, narrow single beds, but plenty of hot water ;-]. Breakfast quite expensive for a limited choice. Easy free parking and good wifi
