We live this property. It was central, beautiful, staff was helpful and room was fantastic. We would book again for sure!

Great location and staff at this hotel. Right in the heart of everything you want access to in Venice. This was my second time staying here and hope to be back soon

Great central location, friendly staff, and comfortable bed/pillows. I really enjoyed the easy accessibility and convenience to the water taxi.

Great location in Venice just north of St Marks square and central to most of Venice by foot. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the concierges. It is a busy hotel with tour groups

The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful with directions, porters to the Rialto, and water taxis.
The restaurant and bar area had great food and service. Def recommend!

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly especially the evening bar staff who was very helpful 10/10 a credit to this hotel.
Breakfast was nice great choice.
Excellent location.
Room was above what I imagined really nice room
Yes I would stay here again without hesitation
