Room was excellent and staff in general were helpful. Downside was service during breakfast was a bit lacking; we were rushed to finish our meal and had to leave before we could finish. Manager did try to make it up by sending some pastries to our room.

It was a very unique hotel and the breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and felt comfortable and safe.

There was always a cleaning cart as you stepped off the elevator - made us feel like we were in the worst rooms!
Restaurant food was not the best!

I loved my stay here. The property itself is gorgeous. The location is on the main island, so very convenient for sight seeing around Venice. The basic room is not the biggest but the bed is super comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
