We loved our stay at the Santa Croce Hotel! It was an easy walk from the train station, but felt removed from all the hustle and bustle. Every single member of the staff that we encountered from the front desk to the bartender and staff at breakfast were so friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous and had great amenities and was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Venice, we will absolutely stay here again.

Wow, what a BEAUTIFUL hotel!!! Easily one of our favorite hotels that we’ve ever stayed at. The hotel itself is conveniently located near the train station and bus terminal, which was a bonus for us since Venice isn’t exactly easy to get around with luggage. The hotel itself is wonderfully decorated with personalized touched that really make a guest feel special. The staff were warm, welcoming, and knowledgable. Also, excellent breakfast!

What a gem! This hotel is an oasis after a busy day in Venice. Nothing is too much trouble and staff are friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with everything you could need or want. Loved every minute and would definitely stay again! Very convenient location for the water bus station too!

Everything was lovely. The
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated their help in arranging transportation to the airport even in the pouring rain.

Extremely good service, excellent cleanliness and facilities. Efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Easy walking distance from station and water bus stops. 10 minute walk to Rialto bridge and another 10/15 to San Marco.
