This apartment was great for my wife and me. We were able to get around Venice easily by foot to explore.

Very bad standard, bad stains on old cushions and walls, thick dust on lamp shades and high surfaces, kitchen tap hanging off, work top broken and laminate missing, toilet flush broken and hanging off, sewage smell from macerator, bad mould around showers, blocked waste in shower, broken up flooring, worn dangerous stone steps up to apartment. The advertised city tax should have been €30 I was charged €80

Gute Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Rialto Brücke.
Sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter. Wir konnten unseren Check out auf den Nachmittag legen.

房間小、暖氣無效、也只給薄被。垃圾需要自行倒否則要罰錢、附近環境吵雜，並且需要提行李爬非常小的旋轉樓梯上樓

Hello, limited spaces are typical of Venice, most apartments aren't big. You should have informed us regarding any issues about heating or blankets, we would have brought you more blankets if we knew you were in troubles. The apartment is in the center of Venice and this is a positive aspect because you are near all main sights but of course the area is not the quietest. The regulation about rubbish are stated by the municipalities, it consists on simple rules in order to enjoy a cleaner city
