We took a water taxi from the airport dropped us off in front of our hotel. Also water bus is close by very important if you have luggage.. quite with two outside areas you can relax. The hotel is so cute staff wonderful would stay here again..

What a beautiful hotel! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Venice. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is gorgeous, but we also loved our room! We had a lovely canal view with an ocean breeze and a very comfortable bed. The room was filled with beautiful furniture. It even had a Murano glass chandelier! We enjoyed the bar area near the lobby where there are evening snacks and you can order cocktails as well. The location was very walkable to all points of interest as well as amazing restaurants. What an enchanting place.

Good hotel for the money. Location was about a half hour walk to the train station, which is why we chose it. Staff was helpful and room was very clean. It was not over-the-top fancy, but breakfast was wonderful!

Unique property with excellent staff and atmosphere. Rooms are clean with excellent air conditioning, if a little small (but still good for Europe). Breakfast was very good with great variety and proper coffee. The large garden & outdoor spaces as well as the common lounge areas are delightful. Would love to stay here again.

It was relatively quiet compared to being on the grand canal though we could see the latter from our window and we were near everything.The rooms were lovely, the breakfast had many interesting food choices and the staff were great. We love this place! Second time for me, first time for my sister. They hotel and the staff are the best! Gorgeous setting. Away from the heavy crowds, but just a two minute walk from the Accademia bridge, aquabus stop, and art gallery.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area but very close to The Grand Canal. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely garden to enjoy a glass of wine. 20 minute walk to St. Marks. The only negative about this hotel is the lack of an elevator.

Excellent property right off the Grand Canal. Walkable to St Marks Square. Nice little restaurants everywhere. Hotel has an excellent breakfast included. We needed to take a water taxi from the Port after our cruise to get there.
