Wonderful staff, good location, and a small and cozy hotel. The breakfast was good, with plenty of variety and great cappuccino!

The staff was lovely and the rooms were spacious and clean.
We had booked a room with 2 queen beds - it was an odd set up as turned out to be 2 actual individual rooms connected by a small porch area and the door to it was right in the middle of the dinning/breakfast area. So we had to walk through tables/chairs to get to our room. Felt bizarre. But it was clean and had a nice bathroom. Great location too.
We unfortunately had to check out before breakfast so didn’t get to experience that.

Location was good, restaurants nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags after checkout, allowing us to explore Venice for the remainder of the day. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was lovely.
