I had a terrible accident in the hotel and the staff was not very helpful

I don't like that the truth is not being told. Our staff was immediately ready to help and assist her...even calling the emergency number with the doctors who came to visit you.

Great place to stay in Venice, walkable and close to water bus station. Lots of great dining options close by. Room was clean and had everything we needed!

Should include in the description of hotel that there is no elevator so guest come prepared.
Receptionists & bellboy were VERY nice and accommodating!

We never stayed at this property. There was a train strike and we never made it to this destination. I asked for a refund because this was out of my control but didn’t get one.
