The location takes some beating, right next to St Marc's Sqare. Loved our visit.

Great Location directly opposite to Waterbus station st Zaccarias with direct link to Marco Polo airport less than 100 metres to hotel entrance
Close proximity to SanMarco square active tourist traffic and activity throughout day and early evening
Great dining in close proximity and Breakfast arranged through hotel extremely good selection

This place was perfect for our 1 night stay. The staff was great at communicate via email and in person. They directed us on how to use the Vaporetto to get from the train station to the hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable. We were with a 10min walk to everhthing. And the Vaporetto stop was a minute from the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of it all, overlooking the lagoon and close to St. Mark's Square. We had the first floor room which was economical but has no view and is very small. That said, the room was surprisingly quiet and also clean and well appointed. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Paganelli and would definitely return, but with a room upgrade!

The staff was terrible. I almost missed my flight as a result that there was nobody in the front desk to check out. The front door was locked so you couldn’t get out. I had to go searching for a staff member who was in another bldg. i happened to find a door open in the back of the hotel and located the staff member. In case of any fire, this would be a fire hazard. Also the room was infested with black tiny spiders on the floor. The toilet would not fill up with water after flushing. I had to play with the flushing mechanism in order to fill the tank. Wifi very slow. All in all a bed experience. Will not go there again and will not recommend ever. Location was good however. Only positive.
