Beautiful hotel. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Amazing location by St. Marks’s Square.

Great hotel given its location, helpful staff. The only 2 things that make the difference. In dire need of refurbishment: leaky showers, very old furnishings, terrible bed matrices and pillows, windows need latching systems, lights are dim at best. 3star rather than 4.
