Loved the area. We had the very top room. With canal view We could see riight below us the gandolas, some were singing as they passed by , , it would be nice if they had a bigger sign on the corner of the street where its located. I had gps on my phone so that really helped
I would stay here again if we come back to venice only if i have this room. I dont think the other rooms have the same view . They dont have an elevator , it will be a challenge if you have a lot of luggage to reach the top

This little property was off the beaten path but very close to Rialto Bridge. It was conveniently located around many restaurants. There was no elevator which was okay for me but I know could be a problem for many people. They have a wonderful breakfast in the morning.

Ac is controlled by them. Bed horrible and the staff… not even worth mentioning. Left a day early because of their lack of communication and sympathy

Actually there's a remote to control the AC that weren't able to use (and it's a normal remote controller) :)

Staff were all wonderful. Very nice experience. Great location, able to walk everywhere. Very short walk to Watertaxis etc.

The hotel is very quaint and has been a hotel since the 16th century. Easy access from the water bus, close to restaurants and many places of interest. Alessandro was at the desk upon our arrival, he was so nice and very efficient. When I asked for extra pillows, he was at our room within a few minutes and brought them himself. Great breakfast and very nice staff.

Nothing much to write about this hotel, it is located in a small dark alley but close enough to St Marco square, toilet seat is broken, shower hot water run out, etc.

well maybe you broke it, considering that ,30 seconds after checking in,you broke a full bottle of water on the stairs without even apologize for that and you just walked away like nothing happened.The shower works perfectly it's enough regulate it but maybe that was too hard for you.
