All the staff were friendly and very helpful. We got lots of directions from Marco and Igor arranged our water taxi from hotel to train station.

The hotel is near the main street and about 10 minutes walk to the dock. Our room (I think it was room 160) had a drainage issue in the shower stall.

Hotel could be good but it needs some tlc! Rooms are pretty but rundown Air conditioner does not produce as it should Cleanliness when one check in could have been better Location is decent, about 7 minute walk to San Marco and ferry docks

Stylish small hotel - good value & great location

The hotel is in a fabulous location - very close to St Marks Square. The room was stylish and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is in a quiet, narrow street and has so much character. Our stay included a complimentary breakfast, with plenty of food options. This hotel offers great value for money and we would like to return.
