Room was spotless and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and there was some bus stops nearby to get around easily.

Excellent hotel, perfect location central for everything in Venice
Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast had everything you could want
Staff are friendly and courteous

Lovely room, staff, and excellent breakfast. Only note is that some older furnishings/cushions seemed to still have feathers = allergens.

No elevator and 3 flights of stairs!!! Everything is very dated and worn. No light outside of door to put key in easily. No mention of mini bar that was in room.

This is a boutique property. We were provided a slightly upgraded family room so it was spacious. Staff are friendly. It is short walk to the main attractions. If you are physically challenged and have trouble with steps may not be the place for you. Room was clean. Breakfast was alright. Staff was helpful.
