Clean quiet and very friendly front desk very courteous and polit and accommodating with answering questions. Location is perfect walking distance to all museums and landmark

This is such a wonderful place to stay. We had a room with an incredible view of a canal, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will absolutely return if we get the opportunity, this was our favorite hotel while traveling through Italy.

The gentleman at the desk was so friendly and helpful! The location is wonderful. It’s on a side canal but everything is within a short walking distance.

Great room with plenty of space and lovely balcony view of the canal. Lots of nice touches like coffee machine, free Prosecco. This is more managed apartments than a hotel which was no issue to us as enjoyed just being left alone, but some may prefer being in a hotel with all the facilities onsite.
