The hotel was clean. The staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating. The location was good. We were very happy with this choice.

Great hotel and we were well looked after. Lovely rooms, easy location and a passageway that led straight onto the Grand Canal and vaporetto stops. Would stay here again.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel during our visit to Venice! The location was perfect—comfortable and within walking distance to excellent restaurants and shopping areas. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly helpful, providing us with a detailed map and guidance to explore the city with ease, which is essential in a walkable city like Venice.
One of the highlights was the complimentary trip they arranged to Murano, where we enjoyed watching the fascinating glass-blowing process. The staff also proactively assisted with transportation, ensuring seamless arrangements for our water taxi to and from the Venice train station.
Overall, the proactive communication, outstanding service, and convenient location make this hotel a top choice. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!

The hotel is in a perfect location close to the Rialto bridge and walking distance to major sites. Highly recommend.

Great property. Central to San Marcos. Easy access to the Water Bus or Water Taxis. Next to the Rialto Bridge. Great restaurants near by and lots of shopping. The staff is great. Can't wait to return.

The hotel is deliciously delectably wonderful. The rooftop bar with blankets and heaters helped us soothe our sore feet from all the walking we did in Venice.
