Great communication with management. Kitchen is well equipped, but bedding mattress quality needs improvement.

This is a hidden gem. We were there with our kids and was perfect! Grocery shop very near and lots of attractions.

Location is good but it's a little bit hard to find this place for the first time (Google maps don't help much).
However, the apartment is way smaller than it appears on the pictures.
Also, the communication from the management of the hotel was very poor. We haven't received any instructions by email, although it was promised in the confirmation email which I've received once booked our stay that we will get these instructions 3 days before our stay. The day before I still haven't received anything, so I had to contact Expedia customer service to deal with this. Once Expedia contacted the management of the hotel only then I've received an email with detailed instructions. The overall experience was much stressful than I'd expected as we were on our way from Rome to Venice already and I had to deal with all this.
Another thing is that this place has bed bugs, the master bedroom for sure. I was terribly bitten all over my back, right hand and right side of the face. That was a very unpleasant and itchy experience and not the one you would like to have while on vacation. I also have pictures taken 4 days after we've checked out and you still can see the bites and how swollen and red those looked.
Unfortunately, I can NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
Stay away!

Dear Kateryna, it's a little bit strange to receive your review 2 months after your check out... Why didn't you notify us the problem with the bites during your stay or immediately after it? However, no other guests ever complained about bites of bed bugs after your stay...
Concerning the communication, unfortunately on Expedia it was not possible to contact you and you completed our online check in form only the day before the arrival...

very nice property, close to all the locations. Kitchennette was nicely equipped and have a washing machine. Grocery shop is a block away. AC in the rooms was bery nice.
this apartment was close to all the historic places in venice and a short walk from the train station.
Check in and oit was very efficient and easy. Check in office easy to find, and very nice people in there.
Next time in Venice will stay in the property.
Highly recommeded!!
