Love this property, very spacious for big families. 15 min drive to Venezia trinchero parking. Very clean. We will definitely stay here when we come back. The beds are a little hard but the rest is amazing.

the rooms are small and spartan but i intend to stay there again as an alternative to the more expensive hotels in the vicinity.

i chose this hotel because it says free airport shuttle, but right after booking and paying, i received a message that says “ -You could reach Marco
Polo airport on foot (900 meters), there're about 100 meters without sidewalk or you could take a taxi, phone number 390415964” it was a a difficult walk at around 8pm, no signs, some gas no pathways so it’s dangerous to walk with our luggages and child… please remove the free airport shuttle or transfer shown online…

We send also a message after the reservation with all the info you need. It's 20 years that our guests have been choosing our property because we are really closed to the airport. This Hotel had description FREE Shuttle. I booked this hotel ONLY because of this service. my flight was early in the morning I needed transportation at 4:00 am. I was traveling with my child. They didn't have a FREE Shuttle; they were offering a cash ONLY option for a TAXI. I have photos if you need them. I paid 20 EUR for transport to the airport. Can you please reimburse the cost and change the description? thank you

Regarding the shuttle, as we tried to explain to you by message, on our Expedia page BEFORE booking, there are written the times of our shuttle. It is a free service with limited hours, since it is free. For the cost of the cab we don't need the photos, the price is correct and this information can be found on the official website of the cab service is a fixed rate. As for your claim, in 20 years we have never received one. So I can assume that the written information is clear. We do not decide the settings on the Expedia page, so if you have any suggestions you can contact the customer service. Best regards

Great stay, it is a self-service B&B but of very good standards. If you simply need to stay one night it is a great choice.
