The staff were very helpful when i was ill. The lighting around the property could be improved. Great tram service into venice, within walking distance of the hotel.

Impeccable service, very helpful and friendly staff, superb spa facilities, great breakfast and room amenities

Not alot around that area, metro is far from hotel, they have a shuttle so that helps

Very nice hotel, new, clean, pretty good food, good breakfast, on site restaurant. Public transport is close, but the area looks rough, on the edge of the industrial part and residential buildings (safer part). Hotel is 10 min walk to the old and pretty center in Mestre. Lots of restaurants and cafes. The only issue - please keep air conditioning longer. Sleeping in a hot room is not comfortable Air conditioning apparently does not work between seasons (October) and windows do not let enough air ( let mosquitoes in)

I personally had a terrible experience at this hotel. The “upgraded rooms” are more modern but provide no privacy. Almost the entire bathroom area is see through glass. The no privacy shower did not bother me, we found the changing ambient lighting funny but you have an unobstructed view of the toilet from almost anywhere in the room because the bathroom door and shower are glass. Imagine being on your honeymoon and your new husband watching you sit on the toilet! Our AC unit was also completely broken. The staff was not helpful and told me “some people like that” when I requested a room with more privacy. We were finally moved rooms after having to stay a night in the room with no AC or privacy. We were then transferred to a room that smelled like an ash tray, with a smaller bed and such low sloping ceilings that my husband couldn’t stand up straight to get into his luggage or use the restroom. The AC did work in that room but it never got cold. We did not receive an apology and were told we would have to call the hotel when a manager was present to get a refund for the room upgrade. We stayed two nights. There was not a manager on the premise throughout our stay.
