Super convenient property location along the Grand Canal, just steps from the Rialto bridge. Friendly staff - mosquito plug-in repellant was provided when we asked for one. Only downside was the overwhelming smell of mildew.

It’s okay, but the price it’s to high for what it has to offer

Prime location. Room was exactly as pictured and they even gave us a canal view.

The property was close to water transportation, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The breakfast service was outstanding. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful.

Our room was nice but had several issues in the beginning, although the staff attempted to solve most of them it was still an inconvenience. First, the air conditioner in the room is grossly inadequate, it took forever to cool the room down and only after we requested a fan and placed it on top of the air conditioner.
Second, the television didn’t work, they had to shut the power to the room off and then back on, that corrected the problem.
Lastly, apparently the toilet had been replaced the week before, but the fresh water supply was leaking on the floor. They didn’t have anyone to fix it so we ended up putting a towel around the base to catch the water.
Overall, I loved the charm of the place but I left disappointed.

Located steps away from the Rialto Bridge and right across the sidewalk from the water taxi stop. Beautiful, comfortable room but A/C did not do a very good job cooling the room.
