I was rather concerned about the practice that the access code for the lock is sent out only at 3pm on the arrival day; for travelers without cellular service in Italy that is a worry, but we had wifi on the train, so everything worked out well. We came with the vaporetto, five minutes walking from the station: no problem. The apartment looks better from inside than outside; indeed it is a very nice and modern apartment, just what we needed for our three children. Everything in Venice is walkable, one needs to explore a bit, but there is a supermarket in 10-15min distance, as well as various restaurants. It is a bit out of the tourist zone, so a bit quieter, but the tourist places are in easy walking distance. We will be happy to use this apartment again, if we come again to Venice.

All-in-all a very nice place to stay and for us, we loved that it was a bit away from the more popular areas thus keeping it quiet but close enough to everything.

Family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) stayed here. Excellent base for exploration of San Marco and other nearby attractions. Bit of a hike from the train station but the vapretto was our friend. Apartment surrounds very very quiet with only 1 cafe in immediate vicinity but it’s all there once you cross the grand canal. Apartment very clean and comfortable (but how about a few hooks to hang up towels or coats). Recommended!

Was good to have kitchen facilities. Single beds were so so, sheets quite coarse fabric. Rooms were minuscule Good situation. Check in was a hassle. You could only get into the shower if you stepped in sideways with both doors open. Moved to hotel last night and was so much more comfortable and only slightly more expensive, also better situated on Grand Canal

i really don’t recommend this hotel. I really don’t like this apartment. In the evening, the near apartment station will be closed. Then , we need to take off by the water bus in the early station . Also , in the evening, there is so noisy place. Someone will knock the window. Also , even someone walk in the outside, we also heard it. The apartment all facilities is bad.

There weren't enough pillows for the number of people we were paying for. The kitchen was poorly fitted out and the 3pm check in was too late. I didn't like having to check in at an entirely different location to the accommodation - we had to drag our bags around for hours.
