Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast very enjoyable and local bus stop directly in to Venice just metres from the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this lovely B&B.

The gentleman at the front desk could not have been friendlier. He honestly made the stay worthwhile. The breakfast was also excellent, and the selection was great for such a small hotel. The room was OK with plenty of room, but the bed was awful; the floor might have been more comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay. The only issue I had was the AC in our room 102 was not adequate. I advised the staff.
The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was good size. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Above average for breakfast buffets.

Here is a 5 stars family business. The brothers are so kind, the services outweigh the price by a large margin. It is well situated, not far from public transportations and highways, in a safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!
