Excellent hotel. Period. Great staff, rooms are amazing, beds are comfortable. The buffet is an excellent offering. I highly recommend Carnival Palace for you stay in Venice.

Property and staff are great, room walls are paper thin so you hear everything not matter what side you stay on, we stayed in a room that literally had the staff elevator going off at 6am and felt like the door was opening inside our room.

Fantastic value for money. The staff are outstanding. The location is excellent - the Cannaregio canal is attractive and less busy than the rest of Venice. It's a great option particularly if you've been to Venice before and want to explore It's hidden gems away from the main tourist areas. The hotel rooms are very quiet but the bar is pleasantly buzzy.

A beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. I was given a room upgrade which was very appreciated. The breakfast is great. You can walk to the hotel from the station. There is one bridge to cross that has a ramp on it for easy crossing with luggage. I didn’t use the water buses as I preferred to walk, but there is a stop right out the front of the hotel.

It was comfortable, though the rooms were quite small. Bathrooms was huge.
