A great small hotel in a convenient location , but quieter and less touristy. The room was lovely, the twin at the top of the hotel. The staff were very kind. We were really pleased to find such a nice breakfast included in the price it was most welcome.

The hotel was quirky, but very much in tune with what was expected in Venice. It was on a canal, so was a bit noisy with people yelling right outside on the water and across from the other buildings during times to sleep. The desk was not manned often and it was a bit confusing for checking in and out.The breakfast provided was very basic. The location was ideal.

Great stay! Easy check in and checkout. Close to main location and walkable to plenty of place to eat drink shop and enjoy.

The classic rooms are a good deal for the price. Simple, basic, but fine. The breakfast is basic. The staff we found very helpful. The location is very central

Great place to stay in the center of Venice. Easy to get to from the vaporetto and convenient to the main tourist attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. We would stay here again.

A little gem in Venice. 3 persons but this property with its room layout gave me a good sleep with no noise from the other partititioned room. Breakfast was simple, but lovely with a croissant and coffee.
