Air conditioning did not work. Had to open the window to let cool air in and in return the mosquitoes came in. There is no free breakfast. It's 10.50 Euro per person for breakfast. There is also no free shuttle to the airport which is only 15 mins away. Cost of a taxi to the airport was 55 Euro. It would actually be cheaper transport to stay at a hotel on the island part of Venice and take the water bus to the airport for cheaper. Bed was uncomfortable with hard springs. The only plus side was our room was clean.

Liked the staff welcome message. Staff is very helpful as they answered all queries patiently and with clarity. Shuttle service is excellent and Holiday Inn must continue it as it is very useful. Breakfast was excellent with so much variety. This is the very first time I have seen Hotel staff offering shaving Razor, foam, paste happily and free of charge. Overall, I will and would love to book Holiday Inn in every cointry where we will plan for Holidays and it is available. Excellent service model and very pleasing staff. Thanks a lot to Holiday Inn Manager and all staff for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Om

The property was cleaned and comfortable but too far from Venice. The taxi fare around 35 Euros.
