Attractive small hotel in a great location. A few minutes walk away from the Water Bus stations. Walking distance to everything. Room was modern with a lovely spacious bathroom. Great aircon too. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and the staff were friendly. The garden area is very nice too. Would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. Staff not very friendly and my biggest complaint was the AC in the rooms.

Decent overall
Posted 17 Jul 2024 on HotelsOverall the visit was good but the AC could barely cool the room. We were told that everything in Venice was hot and that everywhere there were AC issues but you could go into museums and restaurants and their air conditioners worked just fine. The double bed is two twin mattresses put together that are very thin but doable. Breakfast is good but get down early to avoid the crowd and line. Location was great since it was right next to the ferry stop. Very expensive though.
