Overall it was a great place to stay. Although the AC didn’t work while we were there, the staff was very communicative about it. They also helped my friend and I locate and book a different hotel when we had to stay an extra night.

Great stay here. Close to a train station that takes you into Venice. It was the perfect place to stay during our visit. Very clean and decently sized room. It is good to note though that Venice enforced a tourist tax for people visiting during the day but not staying.

It was much much further out than I anticipted.. 50 euro for a taxi... the name makes it seem as though its close to airport... Elena and Vassar both great front desk hosts. Beds hard...

Good hotel but ok neighborhood
Posted 29 Dec 2019 on HotelsThe hotel is tucked away near the industrial area and when you are going to the property from Venice you have to go through dark and absconded roads. The hotel is well maintained and staff is super friendly. The cleaning staff however keeps their cleaning cart in the middle of the room hallway whole day so you are not able to move luggage. There was no one cleaning but the cart just sit there all day.

Concerning hotel’s location, we are quite surprise from your comment, as hotel address is pretty clear on the website and it is easily reachable by train within 20/25 minutes.
We apology for the inconvenient occurred to you regarding the cleaning cart although if you would have informed the reception desk we would be able to take immediate action to sort out the problem.

average hotel in appearance, nothing special to write home about.
room conditions were junk! room was clean but it was an emergency stay for 1 nights for 2 adults 2 kids in 1 room with 2 double beds, sofa bed was fine the other bed was broken or cracked as you could not move without waking up EVERYONE in the room, worst creaking ever. Also a fairly noisy hotel, you can hear people upstairs with chairs squeaking on the ground, toilets flushing, talking and every room door slams. unimpressed.
