Loved the asethetics of this apartment and especially that we had a canal view with a balcony. The 2 rooms were large and nicely appointed and the location was great. Check in via Valentina and Fabio was wonderful and smooth

Super helpful and responsive to questions via WhatsApp. Great tips on getting around easily. Good location - out of the most touristy areas, but an easy walk from places we wanted to get to.

Our hotel was easy to find and very clean. We checked in late, so self check in instructions were sent to us. The room was very clean, as was the shared bathroom. Breakfast served at the hotel was very good! I would recommend this stay!

The staff that operate the place are the nicest people you will meet. The most accommodating & will go above & beyond to meet every need or want you may have. They made this the absolute best stay during my Wife & I's trip. An unforgettable place with even more unforgettable staff.

This property only has a two hour window for checking in. If you’re late in the least, they will not honor your reservation. Not worth the money the train was late arriving. We were not able to check in lost our money. No refund had to find another hotel room. We’re not waste my time on this property.

Dear guest who unfortunately I have not had the pleasure of knowing because despite the multiple emails we have sent you we have never received any response, not even with the telephone ... I think there has been a big misunderstanding because we organize ourselves with the checks -in from 8 in the morning to 00.00.You never contacted us or replied to our emails to find out what time you were arriving....This is really a pity because no one has ever contacted us to ask for a refund...or to advise that you were late...in these cases we organize a free self check-in with entry code...really me I am sorry for this misunderstanding.

My partner and I spent three nights. Fabio welcomed us and Valentina stayed in touch by WhatsApp, suggesting best ways of reaching the hotel from arriving at the airport. The hotel is discreet, very quiet, down a quiet alley and clean and homely - the room wasn’t large but painted in warm colours with a tasteful old style wardrobe and drawers. Clean linen appeared each day, more than needed - new shower & toilet with very warm radiator which was welcome in February. We stayed three nights and didn’t have the breakfasts but saw them beautifully laid out. Highly recommended and a very memorable stay.
