We had to haul our luggage up 2 flights of steps. Check-in was in another physical hotel building across the street, which we wouid not have figured out if our guide were not with us.

This room served its purpose for our recent brief stay. The a/c unit was excellent. It was very convenient to the train station which was mainly why we selected this location. That being said we did not hear any street/city noise at night. A few notes that may be of interest to some: This property does not have a lift that we saw and a narrow staircase. It is managed (at least during our stay but another hotel several meters up). There was only staff in the building for breakfast. The vent in the bathroom was caked with dust and there was hair in the shower drain.

Good for short stays. Little bit confusing check in and breakfast time. You need to rsvp for breakfast time because the room is very small.

Only problem was that there was no lift, being on the second floor there were 4 flights of stairs to our room.

Very close to the Venezia train station, good size room for a small family. Clean and friendly staff.
