"Reserved thro expedia for a week. When call them that we were running late and checking a bit late , the guy Rajan told no longer the reservation is honoured and cancelled. "The parking area and the drive was muddy. When I came back after dinner around 9.30 pm the Auto dropped me outside the gate and ended up walking in soggy mud to reach the hotel foyer. After that spent about 20 to 30 miniutes cleaning my shoes. Not enough 13 amp socket outlets. Only one socket outlet for mobile router, mobile battery charger, etc. Some corners of the room floor, walls and the ceiling were not cleaned properly. See photos."

"I stayed 4 nights at ASR. It is not a tourist area particularly. You can eat in local restaurants. It was easy to get around from the hotel. Tuk tuks are plentiful and the buses are very regular. The hotel was very clean and efficiently run. The staff were very polite and helpful. I had breakfast in the hotel, but not dinner."
