We didn’t see the email because our phone service doesn’t work well in foreign countries. So we showed up for our reservation and we were the only 3 people staying at the place. The only disappointment was there was no extra towels not enough toilet paper or any kind of shampoo and I booked it it said it was about 7 minutes from Copenhagen but it was 50km about 42 minutes. "A decent hotel & great choice in Holbaek. It can get noisy if there is a function & there’s no soundproofing between floors- so ask for the top floor. A bit light on breakfast choices especially if you’re a vegan & they do allow smoking in the courtyard which does drift into the rooms. But overall a good choice."
