Stayed for 2 nights- business trip. I had a studio room with kitchenette. Absolutely perfect! Breakfast in the morning had lots of options, free parking, and easy access to the 400/401. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Have already booked my next stay in Jan 2025.

Having a child in a wheelchair it would be nice for there to be more disability parking as the other spots are very narrow.
We booked this hotel based off of it having pool and hot tub. Disappointing that hot tub wasnt working. We were not notified until we asked. When we expressed our concern with lack of communication they did everything to make it better and we really appreciated that.
We did have access to the sister hotel to use their pool and hot tub but again no easy way to access with a wheelchair.
Breakfast was AMAZING and the staff was very helpful and always willing to get us anything that may have run out.
The Wednesday guest appreciation dinner was also very good. Nice surprise to have a free dinner during our stay.

Spacious, clean room with a convenient and well stocked kitchenette. Convenient location. Easy outdoor parking. Great location. I will stay here again.
