"A wonderful run family hotel. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly. Jacuzzi in the room. Good breakfast with all you can eat. Would definately stay there again if I returned to Ohrid. Checkout was 10am, but for some reason I thought it was 11am. I was taking my time and could see everyone leaving. I pointed I thought it was 11am. No problem they said. I checked out about 10.25am. "Wonderful room on the 3rd floor with huge balcony and a view of the lake and beyond. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good, plenty to choose from. No toaster for the bread ? "I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a quick visit in Ohrid. The receptionists were accommodating and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet were not great. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing. "Property is on a hill with several signs leading to it and a very small area for parking. There was no reception area and no indication of where to go. We literally walked into one of the doors, walked down a hall and found our names on pieces of paper stuck in the doors. One room had a leak in the bathroom.
