Overbooked accommodation. Alternatives provided.
Posted 9 Oct 2023 on HotelsWell, I turned up at the hotel shortly before 11pm after an evening flight, and I found that the accommodation was overbooked. This was slightly annoying, but to be fair, I was provided with alternative accommodation. The first night I spent in an apartment with a room with two beds and there was a bathroom. I was just glad to have a room to get some sleep. The following day, I spent time in a different place. This time the room was more spacious and there was a fridge and cooker there. I did not stay at the booked accommodation, but to be fair, I was provided with alternative accommodation at no extra cost to me.

Great experience! Location was perfect for exploring Split. And air con was very welcomed given the high temperatures

Poor equipment for self catering but only stayed 1 night. Lots of bars and restaurants. Right on harbour. Perfect for our overnight stay.

Lovely place
Posted 27 Aug 2020 on HotelsLovely place, great location, had a great time, well looked after. We had a couple of minor issues but they were sorted within minutes. Very quiet place. 2 minutes nearest bar with great views, lots of restaurants within 10 minutes. Gardens lovely and relaxing.
