lovely daughter and the beautiful clean and safe property! Nevenka is so personable and the property so inviting. She was so helpful with directions to return our car to the airport and getting our luggage in from the car. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend!

Amazing place close to everything, cleaned the room s are very good but the thing that makes it so different and stands out is the landlady (Nevenka) she was amazing always giving tips where to go and places to eat also when we needs help with the bags she was right there to help 😀

From the beginning Nevenka & Anamarija made our stay relaxing and enjoyable, we were arriving earlier then checkin but the room was ready for us, while the floor was drying Nevenka gave an overview of the area and pointed out some things to do. There is a lovely courtyard where you can dry towels and clothes with seating area to relax after a busy day. The room was clean with a small kitchenette with a kettle, microwave and fridge, great for an early morning coffee. The location is in a quiet street just up from the main area of split ideal for exploring the whole area. I will definitely re book when we come back into to Split

Property is excellent, staff/owners are super polite, kind, friendly, and helpful. Would recommend, would stay again. 11/10. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Top-notch hostesses in a great place!
Posted 22 Jul 2024 on HotelsNevenka and her daughter were fantastic hostesess that went above and beyond to ensure that my short stay was superb! There's access to a calm and quiet courtyard just outside of the suites, and the room was so comfortable, spacious, and well-stocked. The place is convenient for anyone who's looking to wander through Diocletian's Palace and the Old Town, and it's close to some amazing bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here when coming to Split :)

A great place to stay!
Posted 21 Jul 2024 on HotelsNevenka was a wonderful host - friendly, accommodating and very helpful!! The room was small, but perfect for me and my daughter. The space was modern and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent - an easy walk to the Riva, Diocletian's palace and beaches.
