Great hotel great food

Cons: - Wifi wasn't great, could not really use it in room apart from by the door. - Couldn't really feel air-con in room
If you're looking for a nice hotel in the midst of both a mountain and sea environment then you're at the right place. A big bonus is that you are able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the resort and then return to the hotel and get a good night's sleep as it is situated somewhere quiet and peaceful. There is a good and varied choice of food at each mealtime and the waitering and bar staff (Dimitar, Miglen, Severin) are all very friendly and helpful. There are two twins also that make fresh pancakes and eggs in front of you outside at breakfast and throughout the day. Restaurant manager Darina could have been a bit friendlier towards both guests and staff but she did her job ensuring there was no nonsense in the restaurant. The cleaning ladies were also lovely. The swimming pool is nice and clean, not too crowded and sun loungers etc free of charge to use. Hotel is situated not too far from the beach, about a 10 minute walk. There are a number of steps on the way which we didn't complain of as we wanted to burn off the all-inclusive. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Hotel Havana.

Personnels chaleureux

Pros: Le personnels du restaurant,la piscine, les chambres silencieuses.
Cons: Propreté des chambres,
Location: Petit magasin sympa à deux pas de l’hôtel,énormément de petits échoppes tout près.
Personnels du restaurant très chaleureux,surtout Dorina et Ivailo,et surtout parle français Nos chambres très petites rien à voir avec la photo de la réservation .Çà vient une habitude quand on réserve chez ebookers . L'aspirateur n'a jamais était passé et les draps n'ont jamais étaient changé en deux semaines ?? Attention aux taxis locaux très cher,et suivait votre GPS si vous aller quelque part,car la ligne droite n'est pas le plus cour pour eux.

Возвращаемся сюда уже второй раз. Отель хороший, чистый, находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от моря. Приветливый персонал создаёт приятную, домашнюю атмосферу . Разнообразная и вкусная еда, много овощей и фруктов. Есть спа центр, можно попариться в сауне и заказать массаж. На мой взгляд оптимальное сочетание цены и качества. Отдыхали с друзьями по системе всё включено, остались довольны.
