Most of what you need & comfy
Posted 7 Mar 2024 on HotelsRoom was big and comfy enough, shower doors didnt exatly keep all the water in but just being picky.
I did have my do no disturb on the front door, staying for 3 nights so dont need towles of sheets changing & removed complications if something goes missing, however each day dispite asking personally the room was cleaned each day
breakfast was alright with enough choice, friendly staff. shame the pool was outside in the winter and no kettle / coffee in the room, cant understand the 4 star rating. I would stay again if i was in the location now my expectations have been reset

Good location and pool.
Posted 13 Sep 2023 on HotelsNice pool. Limited kitchenette facilities, although staff were great in providing equipment when asked. Room was just about OK for a family of 4 but only because we were out most of the time. Location was really good for the lakes (by car) and Milan (by train).
