Manoir de Savigny

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (141)

My main criteria when choosing somewhere to stay is easy parking and a walk in shower. Only issue was that I’d requested a room with a shower as I find a bathtub difficult. There was one on the website in the house but it must have been allocated, so we were given the delightful gite in the garden. Unfortunately the upstairs bathroom has a wonderful shower,...

"We had the most wonderful experience at Le Manoir de la Fieffe. The hosts were so sweet, accommodating, and helpful. We arrived too late to go shopping and were able to buy a bottle of wine from the hosts to enjoy the evening outside in their wonderfully maintained garden. The place is just romantic, the rooms exquisitely decorated and clean. The breakfast was delicious with fruits, cheese, and freshly backed pastries. We will - for sure - come back again! Thank you so much for the wonderful...

"Dave & Allison fabulous hosts, a charming environment, with great history preserved. Highly recommend dinner each night for an incredible 5 course meal by an award winning Chef, aka Dave! While the farm only a mile from St Mire Eglise, not great restaurants and dining at the farm 👍. "

Le Tertre

"The owner, Chantal and her husband where very accommodating. Although she had no record of our booking there was no issue and she gave us a really nice room with en suite. La Feuillie is a lovely area in the bocage, about 6km from Periers. Breakfast was very nice too, each day we had baguette , brioche, home made cake and 6-7 various jams, all home made. We were made very welcome and I would return."
