I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, and I’d like to give a special thanks to Domenico, the receptionist. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my visit. His warm and welcoming attitude really enhanced my experience. Domenico’s attention to detail and willingness to help with any request made me feel at home. I truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness, which made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to returning.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel King Varedo in July 2024. We were thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. A special mention must be made to Domenico who was exceptional during our stay. Thank you Domenico. We highly recommed Hotel King for its exceptional staff and service.

The property on the website is very misleading. It's basically providing services as a motel and a hotel. So if you were to choose an economy room you are simply living in a motel. I was under the impression that I will be getting a hotel room but instead I was lodging in an area which is outside the main hotel building and reception. Something which I was not comfortable with. It self unsafe. The motel does not have a lift so you have to drag your bag up a flight of stairs. The room is poorly lit and could use some extra lighting. The motel room has a door for housekeeping to access and they were just a nuisance and noisy. We could smell cigarette smoke coming out of the housekeeping door. The room was serviced okay but the restroom was terrible, There were dirty towels in the restroom and the overall cleanliness of the restroom was very shabby. Also the toilet seat was wobbly, it tilted to one side when in use. Advice for travelers is not to be fooled by the lower rates on travel platforms and you would be better served by paying a higher price more closer to the city center. I checked out after the first night of my stay. Hotel management wanted to charge a premium if we were to move in the hotel building however given our initial experience we just did not think it was worth it. Not a 4 star property. Well at least not based on the service that I received. I have pictures to share on request as needed.

Checked into room that did not have working AC. Had to wait about an hour while the single person on staff first said he would call for assistance to fix (turns out he never called). When we came back to address the issue an hour later, he said there was nothing we could do and he had no other rooms available for us. Thankfully, the attendant to came on around 23:30 was much more helpful and was able to move us to another room with worming AC. However, this resulted in a very poor night of sleep as we only completed the move into the new room by approximately 01:00.
