Compact and beautiful room, the only down fall is the location is too dusty outside

The view to rooms was very bad...just an open terrace which is inaccessible

Avoid Booking Via Hotels Dot Com

This review is about Hotels Dot Com, ITC tried really hard to accommodate the goof-up made by Hotels Dot Com. I had booked 2 Rooms at ITC and upon arrival realised that Hotels Dot Com had booked only 1 Room. Fortunately we got additional rooms. Thank goodness I opted to pay at the hotel and not at the Hotels Dot Com website otherwise would have lost all the money.
