Convenient choice for a short stay in Vannes.
Posted 31 Jan 2021 on HotelsHappy, helpful staff was the key to our fabulous stay. Knowledgeable about the area and willing to advise, this team is professional in every way. Quiet room despite being across from a busy train station. Comfortable bed and clean accommodations. Highly recommended. Walkable to the center of town and great restaurants nearby.

It's a 10-15 min walk to city centre. Good size room and bathroom. A/C and WiFi worked well.
Staff at the Reception were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good quality and enough choices. On our departure day which was very early, they had breakfast ready for us before we left.
Very nice gesture on the part of the Staff.
We spent 4 nights, overall a very pleasant experience.

- Chambre simple mais propre.
- Literie ok . Il serait bien d'avoir un vrai drap housse sur le matelas
-10 15 min à pieds du centre
- en face de la gare mais quartier calme
- Petit déjeuner en buffet complet (crudités à rajouter pour être parfait ! )

Ideal for a one-night stopover near the station

Pros: Just about everything.
Cons: Rooms could be a bit bigger. They are just a bit too tight.
Location: It's near the station and a fair way from town - a good 10 to 15 minute walk. We didn't explore what was nearby, but I suspect not much.
Staff nice and helpful, procedures very simple, room small but efficiently designed and comfortable, and an excellent breakfast. What more could you want? Ibis have worked out a good formula at a decent price, and it's hard to fault it - even for a critical person like me...
