Unfortunately, the room we stayed in for a couple of hours on Friday-Saturday August 23-24, had bed bugs. This was discovered in the middle of the night. Andrew, the front desk worker was very helpful in getting us out of the room and running our clothes and items through the dryer. He was the lone bright spot at this otherwise terrible experience.

The room had dry wall falling apart, the lights in the vanity mirror had bulbs out, the shower cracks and crevices had dirt in them and the window shade didn’t work properly. We were there multiple nights and the second day our keys didn’t work because they only set them up for one day so we had to get it fixed. It was very loud at night next to a door and the plumbing room.

1st night of 3 day getaway trip. Convenient location with easy parking. Very friendly staff with efficient check in process.

Poop splatter residue in the toilet bowl. Pubic hairs scattered around the bathroom and cold shower at night and in the morning.
