Location to bc place can’t be beat. Clean and in good shape. Felt very safe.

Nice room, the A/C unit made a horrendous squeak so was unusable. The window did not have a screen so bugs would fly in the room. There was a stabbing spree a block away and lots of homeless people around (expected in downtown but still gross and unsafe).
