We arrived early, and they treated us like family. They allowed us to check in around 9:30 in the morning, and we settled into our room shortly after. The hotel was nice, clean, quiet, and luxurious, located in the heart of the city within walking distance of everything.

A good downtown hotel. Could be more clean around hotel. Room appears to need a slight Reno touch up. Good stay and staff.

We always stay at the Sutton when we come to Vancouver for work and we like that the staff know us.

Room was comfortable and very quiet. It is centrally located in Downtown Vancouver. Easy access to SKY Train station and harbour.
