Older room and definitely not 4 stars. Room was extremely overpriced due to a major event. Combined with positive expedia reviews maybe I expected too much.
Lot of little things that did not seem to match the reviews or pictures. Room service didn’t pick up phone and menu didn’t match what was online with server shrugging and saying it was out of date. Location was not as good as expected. Didn’t get Expedia VIP rewards. Etc etc.
