Clean room and spacious enough. The area is walkable and having parking garage is a plus! The check in was easy and I liked having real cups in the room. They also have refreshments in the lobby in the evenings. There is a cafe attached to the hotel.

The front desk was not helpful or kind, blamed guests for a variety of issues. Room cleaning was skipped twice even though request was made. Parking was inconvenient. Keys keep not working multiple times and guests are blamed for the mistakes made by the staff.

Hotel was a reburnished motel. great location for walking to restaurants. inside very clean and staff friendly. parking part of VIP benefits and locked entrance door. had mini fridge but no microwave. across from hospital, and at night some drug users in front of property.

Hotel was clean, loved the EV charging facility.
The only drawback was the continuous sound of exhaust vent in the bathroom that can't be turned off.

Very noisy. Extremely bright lights coming into the room from the building across the street. The whole facade of that building is covered in bright flashing lights. There are a bunch of drig addicts using and making noise on the sidewalk under the room wimdows.
There is also a weird smell.
Rooms are otherwise clean.

Property doesn’t have proper access for people who require the use of mobility devices I.e. wheelchair or mobility scooters.
