The staff were great and the room was clean. The location for us was perfect being right across the street from St Paul’s Hospital.

Cool rooms. I’ve stayed twice. Both times no shampoo in the shower and soap runs out. Pretty easy to make sure these things are stocked before someone arrives in the room

The property is right beside the hospital. Which is great for those who need to see patients. But I would expect to have more sound proof measurements in place. I did manage to save a life however. Poor guy tried to go over the railing. I had to detain him with two other males.
Also would change the consistent way in how staff treat their guests. Easy access to everything though.

Amazing place and staff. The location is great. Just need to know you are around downtown core and across from the hospital so it can be noisy at night.
