Got upgraded to the vip suite. Top floor with a large balcony. Unfortunately we were only able to enjoy it for one quick night

Member of the concierge staff recommended Medina cafe for breakfast and it was excellent

Rooms are spacious however they are a little dated and could be cleaner. Bed was quite comfortable. Very convenient location.

Sorry about the check-in. We do get slammed from time to time due to ferry arrivals, people checking in last minute for a concert, or delayed flights. We did have full staffing on.

Hotel is dated and looking closely not the cleanest, through no fault of staff, but things like air vents are covered in dust and dirt. Bathroom fixtures are corroded and tarnished. The rooms could definitely use a refresh. Rate was reasonable for first night but then almost double for second night as there was a concert, so not worth the money in that regard. Staff are incredible and location is good.
