Tried to check in at 2:30 check in time is 3:00 reception said room wasn’t ready will call you when ready, no call. Checked in at 4:00 reception asked for room fee plus $200. Deposit on credit card. Still haven’t received credit back on card three days later.

The carpet was stained all over, pretty sure the one stain was blood and dirty you could see dirt in the corners

We liked everything about our stay. However, we looked forward to the hot tub. The water was warm and clean but the jets didn’t work. Another guest said it didn’t work last month either. But breakfast was good. Everyone friendly. Everything clean.

My wife and I come for the VIP suite with the king size bed and the in room jacuzzi tub. Only negative feedback is the room's ac/heater could use a cleaning, same with the ceiling fan in the bathroom.
